We appreciate your business and will make every effort to process your order correctly, and as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING
We ship to the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges vary according to product type, size and destination. Most products are shipped via USPS or UPS, and may be determined by vendor considerations. Oversized items may be shipped by common carrier, and require an additional surcharge fee.
Shipping discounts offered as a promotion may be limited or discontinued at any time. Oversized surcharges still apply to all applicable items.
Orders take 1-2 days to process and the standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-8 days.
On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will try to notify you via postal mail or email. In the event that any item becomes unavailable from any vendor or manufacturer, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
RETURNS
General:
All returns are for refund only, may be subject to vendor requirements, and require a return authorization. To receive instructions on returning an item, please contact us via email at csupport@thebestmartialarts.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Only new merchandise (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging), suitable for resale, may be returned for a refund. No returns are accepted on custom or clearance items, or opened videos, DVDs and CDs. You will be credited by the original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
Hoodies and Polos:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unembellished order, we will refund your money. If the order was not processed accurately, the freight costs are on us. If the order was processed correctly, but your order needs to be returned, you will just pay for the freight to return the merchandise and a $5.00 restocking fee.
Athletic Shoes:
RMAs will only be issued for misshipments and defective items only. Shoes may be returned for full refund if the wrong item was shipped or the shoes are defective. Shoes may not be returned if the correct shoes were shipped and the shoes are not defective.
If shoes are returned without prior authorization, they will be refused and you will not receive a refund.
Refused orders:
Refused shipments will be credited less a 20% restocking fee and less shipping and handling.
Shipping discounts and promotions:
Returns will be credited with a full refund, minus our actual shipping cost.
